Liquid Analysis

The offered products are a compact, modular instrument, that has the flexibility (with 3 slots and optional boards) to accomplish a wide range of tasks. Pt100 or Pt1000 resistance thermometers, NTC/ PTC or 0(4) to 20 mA and 0 to 10 V standard signals can be connected to the main input of the JUMO dTRANS AS 02. The two binary inputs can be used as the initiators for actions (such as HOLD and keyboard inhibit). The high-contrast, graphic display allows the input signals to be visualized by numbers or as a bar graph. Parameters are displayed in plain text for easily comprehensible and secure operation. The offered products can be used as a two-point or three-point controller, a three-point modulating controller and as a continuous controller. All controller outputs can be configured for P, PI, PD or PID action. The controller software includes parameter set selection and a math module.A setup program is available for convenient configuration via a PC. The instrument can be integrated into a data network by means of an RS422/RS485 or Profibus-DP interface. Screw terminals on the back are used for the electrical connection.

JUMO CTI-500 Inductive Conductivity Temperature Transmitter

These offered products are provided with an inductive conductivity/concentration and temperature transmitter with switching contacts (202755). The device is used for measurement/control of the conductivity/concentration of fluid medium. Moreover, the application is particularly recommended in medium, in which severe deposits by soiling, oil, grease or gypsum and calcium carbonate precipitations are to be expected. The integrated temperature measurement allows a precise and quick temperature compensation that is particularly important when measuring the conductivity. Additional functions allow the combined toggling of measuring range and temperature coefficient. Two integrated switching outputs can be programmed freely for limit value monitoring of conductivity/concentration and temperature. Furthermore, alarm and control tasks (desalination) can be assigned. Operation is carried out either via keypad and plain text graphical display (operating language can be toggled) or via a comfortable PC setup program. The display is visible by simply turning the case cover when installed in either vertically or horizontally routed pipework. In addition to this, the setup program can also be used to store and print out the device configuration data for machine documentation. To exclude tampering, the device can also be supplied without keypad/display. In this case, the setup program is required for programming. The JUMO CTI-500 can be supplied as a combination device (transmitter and measuring cell in one device) or as a cable-connected transmitter/measuring cell version. The separated version is especially suited for systems subject to strong vibration and/or strong temperature radiation at the measuring location or for installation at locations that are difficult to access For use in open tanks/vessel or conduits/channels, immersion versions of max. 2000 mm are available.

The JUMO TRANS O2 01 2-wire transmitter serves to measure dissolved oxygen in watery solutions. It provides an electrically isolated output signal 4 to 20mA according to the oxygen content. The device can be configured via a setup program or an optionally available connection and operating unit. The temperature of the medium to be measured can be detected and further processed (from the standard version also as 2-wire signal 4 to 20mA) via a Pt 1000 in the 2-wire transmitter. Measurements are carried out with an electrochemical probe covered by a membrane. The microprocessor circuit installed in the 2-wire transmitter considers temperature, air pressure and salinity (salt content). These offered products are designed as a module and can be easily maintained and replaced.

H2O Sensor


H2O Sensor

JUMO tecLine H2O2 and PAA, Sensor for Hydrogen Peroxide and Peracetic Acid. These membrane-covered amperometric sensors are used to measure the concentration of hydrogen
peroxide or peracetic acid in aqueous solutions.

  • Typical areas of application are galvanizing plants, the pharmaceutical field, the food and beverage industry, dairies, the swimming pool industry, and the chemical industry.
  • The sensors are not suitable for detecting the absence of hydrogen peroxide or peracetic acid.
  • The integrated electronics of the sensors provide a temperature-compensated current signal of 4 to 20 mA. Calibration is carried out in a downstream device (indicator, controller, recorder, PLC, etc.).
  • The sensors can be connected directly to a suitable display and control device.
  • The display/control device JUMO dTRANS AS 02 (data sheet 202553) or the JUMO AQUIS 500
  • AS (data sheet 202568) are especially suitable for the combination with these sensors. They provide the voltage required for the supply of the sensors and allow for easy calibration of the measuring system.
